Elizabeth was out rummaging through thrift and consignment stores and flea markets looking for some good pieces for the girls room when she found these canopied cribs and the very-unique wooden toy chest in the shape of a castle tower! The consignment store owner was asking a pretty hefty price for them, but the Little Princesses were worth it, she thought.
Another shot of the nursery with a view into the adjoining bathroom, which she updated the wallpaper and installed the laminate flooring herself (well, added to Timmothy’s Honey-Do List.)
Faith’s room was still under construction, which meant the toys were mostly collected in the twin’s room. Faith didn’t really mind, she liked playing in the nursery while the girls swung in their swings.
Faith REALLY took after her mother at this stage! She is almost a spitting image of Elizabeth (causing a little confusion for me! LOL)
It seemed that Elizabeth and Timmothy were even more eager for a boy when they announced their third pregnancy. Timmothy was certainly not getting any younger and he shared with Elizabeth how wonderful it would be to have a son. She enjoyed being pregnant, so it wasn’t really tough to talk her into trying. This third pregnancy she felt every step of the way, though. She was constantly sore and sick to her stomach. How strange that this pregnancy would be so different from the last two.
To help relieve her aching muscles, Timmothy arranged for an evening of relaxation and quiet at the Salon & Spa in town.
Soon it was time to celebate another birthday…or two…well, make that three. All three girls shared a birthday (great timing!) so the family planned a backyard barbecue dinner. Elizabeth was very pregnant at the party, but the baby wasn’t due for a while still so she felt fine helping with the evening’s festivities.
Timmothy wanted to really spoil his daughter, and since Faith reminded him a lot of her mother, he decided she should have her own pony. Little Ariel wanted to be with the people at the party, instead of in the quiet stable.
Aww little Eliza – I mean Faith! Wow, she is turning into her mother, she looks just like her! What a pretty girl with such big green eyes.
Now time for the Little Princesses…
Little Fionna grew into a toddler looking a lot like her daddy. She got her father’s large eyes but her mother’s eye color. Looks like she will need to wait a bit on that hair, though.
And then it was Princess Francesca’s turn. She was somehow miraculously able to sleep through the singing and cheering and Danielle had to wake her for her own party.
Francesca grew into an adorable little toddler. Elizabeth had picked out bows for each girl’s hair, but Francesca was the only one who wanted them in.
They went inside to enjoy some cake but before Elizabeth sat down she felt a PAINFUL squeeze tightl n her belly… the baby!
Oh my, what uncanny timing this baby has! Guess he/she wants to join the party, too!
They quickly rushed Elizabeth to the hospital and surprised everyone in attendance with not one boy, but TWO! It seemed that fate had heard their pleas for a boy and blessed them with two little guys. Timmothy brought Fredrick home.
And Elizabeth carried Farin inside.
Both boys were a real delight for their parents, they never suspected they would have such a big family of cute kids. With 5 little ones in the house, plus a young foal, will Elizabeth be able to care and share attention with all of them? Will Timmothy leave to see his sons grow? And will Danielle ever get out of the house for a life of her own? Find out in the next chapter!
