Like Christopher said, Jerald had told him about in private a few weeks ago. It broke his heart to know that both his sister and husband would betray him but Jerald explained no feelings were shared between them. He explained Chelsea had given Jerald custody of Dallas and she chose to leave and move in with Josef for Christopher’s happiness. He wasn’t really sure he truly believed that excuse but considering they were now parenting a rebellious teenager, he went with it.
Dallas’ teenage years were rough. In and out of trouble at school, in town and at home, he miraculously survived to adulthood. Christopher and Jerald had divorced before he grew up, but Christopher agreed to let Dallas remain in the only home he’s ever known and pass it to him as his heir (Danielle had decided she did not want to have any children due to her ‘curse’ and would likely never marry.) Chris was even able to patch things up a little with Chelsea and Danielle so Dallas could at least have a sort-of-decent birthday to an adult.
Dallas began working with a local band in the hopes of reaching stardom through the power of rock. He loved touring with the group and was even allowed to play a bit from time to time. He was living a fast and furious party-hard lifestyle and he was having a blast. While on tour, he met a cute woman, Ella, who was touring with them. They had a lot of good times together and he eventually got her to come home with him for a night of “relaxing.”
Ella got busy “relaxing” in the lavish mansion Dallas had built for himself. When Christopher passed, Dallas received a significant inheritance and used it to make major changes throughout the home.
She was putting on what seemed like more weight. Turns out, she was expecting their first child. Ella stopped her partying lifestyle to prepare for the baby while Dallas kept on touring and working with the band.
Ella was used to relying on her good looks, but the pregnancy had changed her body a lot. Dallas started to be more critical of her because of her looks. Still, she felt confident that she could still be a good wife for Dallas and a good mom to the baby.
One night, while she was alone at the house, baby Elizabeth came. Ella, scared and nervous, drove herself to the hospital and had the baby alone.
Meanwhile, Willie had divorced his wife. This left him with more time to spend and enjoy Danielle and he figured as he wasn’t getting any younger that he might as well tell Danielle how he’s always felt for her.
Finally, he popped the question. He couldn’t stand not asking and finding out if it was ever meant to be. He was so unhappy in his marriage and was always in love with her. He had to know.
That same week, they planned a wedding under the stars. During that time, Willie celebrated his birthday to Elder. Danielle didn’t care, she was going to marry the love of her life, the man who had always been there for her.
Willie never thought he would be able to hold Danielle in his arms the way he did on their wedding day. He was so in love with her and she in love with him.
The reception lasted all night in the backyard. Even the family ghosts came out to celebrate the newlyweds.
The next morning, Willie surprised Danielle with the plans he had made for their long honeymoon in France.
They were finally together! With so much to look forward to, will Danielle change her mind about a family? Will Dallas change his mean and evil ways now that he has a baby to care for, or will Ella be a single parent? Keep reading to find out!
